Return & Exchange Policy

At Dear Darling, we hope you absolutely love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • In original packaging when possible

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery based on available inventory.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited-edition releases marked as Final Sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@shopdeardarling.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
